In 2018, BATIK International is celebrating its 20th anniversary! This special event is the perfect occasion to share (again) with you our story and our actions!
The association was born from the desire of Isabelle Devaux and Catherine Mechkour-Di Maria to implement projects linked to their countries of origin. (Laos for Isabelle and Algeria for Catherine) .
Sensitive about social issues, they decided to create their own association and place their skills at the service of people in difficulty.
The notion of exchange between France and other countries became a structuring value for the association.
